30 days is really not enough time to evaluate a software package such as AMAS – so were going to give you a full 60 days to decide. We want you to be able to setup the program and run through a complete pay cycle to see if AMAS is really right for YOUR mall! We think you will agree in the end – but we realize we may still have to convince you for now.

Refund terms and conditions

  1. You must notify Programs Plus+ your desire for a refund, within 60 of your purchase date. Notification can be made by

  2. When requesting a refund, please include from your invoice: Invoice Number, Store Name, Contact Information – including name and phone number.
  3. You do not need to provide a reason for requesting a refund, but we sure would like to understand why you want to return the software.
  4. Your copy of AMAS will be delivered with limited use license that will expire about 90 days after the program is shipped. Once the 60 day return privilege has lapsed and you have not requested a refund, you will be mailed and/or emailed a new license CD key that updates the short expiration.
  5. Refunds for AMAS software will be for 100% of the purchase price less $20 for original shipping fees.
  6. Refunds for hardware (receipt printers, cash drawers, bar code scanners, etc) will for the purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges.
  7. Customer must pay for all return shipping charges for both software and hardware returns.
  8. You do not have to return for refund both software and hardware.
