- Dealer Consignor Limit Choose a package that can handle the number of your combined active dealers and active consignors. Buy what you need now, as you can upgrade by paying the difference at some point in the future.Dealer Consignor Limit
- Check Printing For small malls, hand writing checks for a handful of dealers is OK. If you have more than 10 or 15 dealers, you might want to consider the “AMAS Boutique Plus” package as your minimum entry point.Check Printing

- Rent Module/Rent Deductions AMAS has a great Rent Module that helps with monthly rent billings and receipts plus you can easily deduct rent from any dealer’s check. You can also print rent rolls, vacancies, rent transactions plus a number of dealer/rent performance reports like dealer sales/rent ratios.Rent Module/Rent Deductions
- Barcode Printing & ScanningKeep in mind that many of our customers DO NOT print and/or scan barcodes. If find that you want to print or scan barcodes, you will need to purchase or upgrade to the AMAS Boutique Plus as a minimum level.Barcode Printing & Scanning
- Inventory Management All AMAS packages include some basic Inventory functions. The “AMAS Boutique” package does NOT include the following functions: barcode printing, barcode scanning, importing (dealer) inventory via Excel spreadsheets. You can upgrade to any of the other packages to include all of these features by paying the difference.Inventory Management
- Inventory Import via Excel All systems allow you to add/maintain inventory using the Inventory Maintenance and Inventory Add Lot programs. If you wish to import inventory from Excel spreadsheets (normally from your dealers) or if you need to print and/or scan inventory barcodes, you will need to upgrade or purchase the AMAS Boutique Plus or higher level.Inventory Import via Excel
- Approval Invoices Approval invoices allow you sell merchandise typically to interior designers on an “approval” basis for say 48 or 72 hours. When merchandise is placed on an approval invoice, the funds are temporarily held back from passing to the dealer or showing up on sales reports. The approval function requires upgrade or purchase the AMAS Boutique Plus or higher level.Approval Invoices
- 2 Computer Upgrade All system prices above are for single computer systems. All systems can be upgraded to 2 computer system for $500 additional.2 Computer Upgrade
- 3 Computer Upgrade All system prices above are for single computer systems.Small Mall, Consignment Store and Antique Mall package can upgraded from a single computer system for $800 additional. You may upgrade from a 2 computer system to 3 computer system for $300 additional.3 Computer Upgrade
- Unlimited Computers Upgrade All system prices above are for single computer systems. Only the AMAS Antique Mall package may be upgraded to unlimited computers for an additional charge of $1300. Unlimited Computers Upgrade
- Technical Support IncludedAMAS Boutique and AMAS Boutique Plus packages include 6 months of technical support. All other packages include 1 Year of technical support. Annual techincal support renewal fees range from $250 to $400 per year. You will typically receive one or two software updates each year.Technical Support Included
